Nancy O'Dell's radio career started as an anchor and journalist for WPDE-TV Myrtle beach, South Carolina. She then worked as an anchor in the morning and a reporter at WCBD TV. O'Dell's reports in Charleston regarding the police's tolerance in DUI cases prompted a State Law Enforcement Division to investigate. This led to state authorities issuing more strict guidelines in these cases. Ms. O'Dell received recognition from The Associated Press with the Best Report of the Year Awards to all media South Carolina. In the years following her stay living in Charleston, O'Dell worked as anchor for NBC's Miami Station WTVJ-TV and as an investigative reporter. After that, she joined Access Hollywood to work as an anchor on weekends and weekdays. O'Dell is the anchor of choice at Access Hollywood.
